Shipping
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment clears. Each unit is made to order, then packed and shipped. You will receive tracking when your order ships.

For institutional purchase orders or multi-unit orders, email info@quantapreclinical.com and we will confirm lead time and shipping options.

Returns
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery via the Contact page (or info@quantapreclinical.com) with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unused items in original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days; please contact us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions.

International
International shipping may be available on request. Duties and taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
